Graeme Kennedy’s linocut printmaking methods are unconventional, relying on pattern and imprecision. His work has been licensed and privately sold. Kennedy is currently commissioned for an installation at Flourish Festival.
During his residency, Graeme Kennedy plans to create a new body of large-scale works on canvas, using linoleum and oil-based inks. Employing modified stenciling methods, representational images will be formed out of warped lino-cut patterns. Kennedy proposes hosting two open-studio days to discuss my creative process while guiding community members in a print-making session.
