The Art of Conscious Connected Breathing with Colin Bird

Sunday, October 6th, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm Discover the magic of your breath through the Art of Conscious Connected Breathing while immersing yourself in Ann Manuel’s installation, Breath.

Conscious, Connected Breathing involves lying comfortably and maintaining a continuous rhythmic breath. This practice helps to calm stress and anxiety, regulate the nervous system, support heart-brain coherence, integrate suppressed emotions, and facilitate a deep inner connection.

As we repattern our breath, we transform our behaviours, feelings, and thoughts, creating space for our subconscious to express itself through vision, movement, and vocalization that may surface during the journey within.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a blanket, and wear something comfortable.

Tea and light snacks will be provided following the Breath ceremony.

Colin Bird is an extensively trained Breath Facilitator and Practitioner with thousands of hours of experience in conscious connected breathing and pranayama breathwork. He is also a certified yoga teacher and specializes in energetic interference removal, which helps clear the energetic body and release negative thoughts and feelings.

Breathwork is Colin’s foremost offering. He is deeply heart-centered and passionate about guiding others to feel safe in their own bodies and elevate themselves to their highest potential. Colin is committed to practicing and sharing these techniques without any substances, including psychedelics. He leads a clean, clear lifestyle and is dedicated to sharing this gentle yet powerful transformational tool that we all have access to right beneath our noses: our breath.
