Spiralling Towards Centre – An Interactive Book Reading with Duncan Ireland
Join storyteller Duncan Ireland for a 10-minute rhyming tale filled with simple truths, performed in an engaging storytelling style. (Lower Gallery 1 or 3)
Storytelling & Fiber Art Demo with Annabelle Babineau
Enjoy colourful, imaginative book readings and watch live demonstrations of fiber art techniques like knitting, crocheting, and embroidery. Give it a try! (Jean E. Irving Gallery)
Recycled Art with Sheila McPhee
Create a “Hub Cap Flower Wreath” using recycled materials like egg cartons, a hubcap, and sparkles. Sheila will guide you through turning everyday items into beautiful art.
Collaging with Kira Tecu
Be inspired by the landscapes from River of Dreams and craft your own magical scenes using magazines. (RBC Gallery)
Floral Art with Peggy Holt
Create a vibrant spring flower artwork using plasticine and recycled materials. (Education Centre)
Soft Pastels with Christina Thomson

Celebrate Multiculturalism with the Multicultural Association of Fredericton
In The World Community Village, decorate a cardboard house with art that reflects your heritage and values. All houses will form a collective mural symbolizing unity across cultures. This year’s theme highlights Afghanistan—visitors are encouraged to include Afghan-inspired elements. (Education Centre)
Choir Performance by NCCAC at 2:00 PM
Enjoy a special performance by the National Cultural & Creative Association of Canada, featuring choral works, duets, and traditional Chinese instruments alongside e-piano, flute, and cello. (Atlantic Gallery)
