Mental Health Mondays: Mindful Art

September 28, 2026 - November 2, 2026

Mental Health Mondays is a welcoming, inclusive art-making program that encourages participants to slow down, connect with their creativity, and support their well-being through artistic expression.

In partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick and hosted at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery Education Centre, this program offers a relaxed environment where individuals are invited to explore a variety of creative practices. Participants can experiment with activities such as drawing, painting, collage, textile art, lino block printing, and other hands-on projects designed to encourage reflection, mindfulness, and self-expression.

A bilingual facilitator will be on hand to provide creative guidance, inspiration, materials, and support, allowing participants to create at their own pace in a safe and welcoming community space, and someone from CMHANB will be there to provide information on services and resources available.

TIME: 1:00pm to 3:00pm each session
LOCATION: Beaverbrook Art Gallery's Art Education Centre, 702 Queen Street, Fredericton
