Voices of Courage: Stories of Antisemitism and Survival

May 18, 2023May 18, 2023

May 18 at 6:30 PM: Join us  for a special event that offers a unique opportunity to hear from members of New Brunswick's Jewish community about the impact of antisemitism and the Holocaust.

During the event, you'll have the chance to listen to original poems written by Larry Finkelman, listen to excerpts from the powerful writings of Elie Wiesel and Anne Frank's diary, and hear about Jewish life in New Brunswick.

We are honored to welcome Ivana Fogarty, granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, who will share her family's story of resilience and survival in Slovakia. Ivana's book The Loves I Have Lost is a testament to the courage and strength of her grandparents during the Holocaust.
