{"id":5549,"date":"2026-10-01T10:24:34","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T14:24:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beaverbrookartgallery.org\/?post_type=program-event&#038;p=5549"},"modified":"2026-10-01T10:24:35","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T14:24:35","slug":"mental-health-mondays-mindful-art","status":"publish","type":"program-event","link":"https:\/\/beaverbrookartgallery.org\/fr\/program-event\/mental-health-mondays-mindful-art\/","title":{"rendered":"Mental Health Mondays: Mindful Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mental Health Mondays is a welcoming, inclusive art-making program that encourages participants to slow down, connect with their creativity, and support their well-being through artistic expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick and hosted at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery Education Centre, this program offers a relaxed environment where individuals are invited to explore a variety of creative practices.
