Bas\u00e9e sur des recherches in\u00e9dites, l\u2019exposition explore l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que vouait l\u2019artiste au Nord canadien et aux cultures autochtones avec quelque 175 \u0153uvres et plus de 200 art\u00e9facts et documents d\u2019archives. Elle jette un nouvel \u00e9clairage sur le travail de l\u2019artiste dans les ann\u00e9es 1950 et 1970 en reconstituant les voyages et les influences qui ont nourri cette fascination pour les r\u00e9gions nordiques et les communaut\u00e9s autochtones de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord.
