Originaire du village de Cape Dorset, Kenojuak Ashevak, dont la carri\u00e8re s\u2019est \u00e9tendue sur plus de 50 ans, faisait partie d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pionni\u00e8re d\u2019artistes provenant du territoire arctique. Elle s\u2019est illustr\u00e9e sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale et est encore reconnue aujourd\u2019hui comme une grande artiste et ic\u00f4ne culturelle canadienne. Cette r\u00e9trospective pr\u00e9sente des dessins in\u00e9dits provenant des archives de la coop\u00e9rative West Baffin Eskimo.
