CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS:
CREATIVE SUMMER RESIDENCIES
In summer 2024, month-long residencies will be scheduled from mid-June to mid-September.
The gallery will be responsible for promotion and publicity that are related to the residency program and all activities related. Artists will have access to the modern, furnished studio on the lower level of the 2017 pavilion at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery. Artists are required to be in the studio for a minimum of 25 hours per week. The weekly honorarium is $550.
Notre comité de sélection étudiera les demandes et choisira les candidats acceptés peu après la date limite de soumission des dossiers. Les artistes acceptés seront avertis et nous ferons tout notre possible pour accommoder leur calendrier.
The selection committee consists of our Public Programs and Collections and Exhibitions teams: John Leroux, Manager of Collections and Exhibitions, Ray Cronin, Curator of Canadian Art, Emma Hassencahl-Perley, Curator of Indigenous Art, and Adda Mihailescu, Manager of Public Programs.
