Ontario-based New Brunswick native Cathy Ross spends her summers in St. Andrews, NB, where she continues her studio practice of creating carefully and exquisitely rendered watercolour studies of objects ranging from the everyday to the startling. Over the past two summers, she was artist-in-residence at Ministers Island, where she focused on capturing the antique objects from William Van Horne’s family that still occupy his grand summer mansion.
Curated by John Leroux and organized by the Beaverbrook Art Gallery.
