Movie Screening: Design Canada

Sept 25: 7:00 pm. The Beaverbrook Art Gallery and UNB - Technology Management & Entrepreneurship are proud to present Design Canada, a new documentary film celebrating the golden era of Canadian graphic design. Admission is free, but seating is limited, so arrive early to avoid disappointment - doors open at 6:30 pm. Screening begins at 7:00 pm in the RBC Learning Centre. This presentation is supported by The Andrews Initiative at UNB.

Fury – A Musical and Visual Art Evening

Sept 27: 7:00 pm. Stephen and Sebastian Hutchings present Fury. A series of paintings by the artist borne of personal crisis inspired a musical composition by his son. This is the first presentation of the revised and expanded form. Entry by donation, and all are welcome to attend.

Thursday night art class: Thursday, 7:00- 9:00pm. All skill levels are welcome, ages 16+. Cost is free for members, $15 per session for non-members; materials are included. Please call ahead to register.

Sept 27: Through studying the features of the human and face and form, participants will undertake mixed-media projects that incorporate drawing basics while experimenting with various materials. September instructor: Roberte Melanson

Art for Tots: Fridays from 10:00- 10:45am - Children ages 2-5 and their parents participate in fun art games, hands-on activities, and storytelling. Cost is free for members, $10 per session for non-members; materials are included.

Family Art Day: Bring the whole family to the Gallery’s Family Art Days! This new program, offered on the last Sunday of each month, includes musical performances, multiple artist workshops, free admission, and more.
